Overview
Developed a full-featured social media management platform enabling teams to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Built advanced content calendar with drag-and-drop scheduling and automated posting workflows.
Implemented comprehensive Talent Acquisition module streamlining the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding. Features include candidate tracking, interview scheduling, skill assessment tools, and automated communication workflows to simplify recruitment and improve hiring decisions.
Created advanced People Management system with employee lifecycle tracking, skills inventory, designation-based access controls, and comprehensive leave management. Includes shift tracking, attendance monitoring, and automated payroll integration for seamless HR operations.
Built Resource Manager for complete asset tracking and management. Features include centralized asset directory, assignment tracking, usage monitoring, and automated maintenance scheduling. Supports equipment, vehicles, software licenses, and specialized tools with full visibility and control.
Developed Purchase Management module with vendor relationship management, purchase order automation, inventory tracking, and bill management. Includes automated reorder points, supplier performance analytics, and integrated financial reporting for optimized procurement operations.
Implemented unified Chat system supporting multi-role communication between employees, admins, and clients. Features include group discussions, file sharing, meeting integration (Zoom, Google Meet), email integration, and real-time notifications with role-based access controls.
